HiveSortPullUpConstantsRule and HiveUnionPullUpConstantsRule are calling [predicateConstants|https://github.com/apache/hive/blob/8c3567ea8e423b202cde370f4d3fb401bcc23e46/ql/src/java/org/apache/hadoop/hive/ql/optimizer/calcite/rules/HiveSortPullUpConstantsRule.java#L128
] method from HiveReduceExpressionsRule. 

The method in HiveReduceExpressionsRule is deprecated and creates unnecessary dependencies among the rules. It can be replaced by a direct call to RexUtil.predicateConstants; the two methods are functionally equivalent.
