PROBLEM:  
While troubleshooting Ambari heartbeat issues, the logging doesn't provide much info to start with. The main issue was DNS, it would be nice to have more info about the heartbeat action in Ambari agent. Info about:

1. The packet send. 
2. The IP of the host. 
3. Task ID of some sort. 
4. Key if it is applicable 

BUSINESS IMPACT:   - This helps during the TS of the issue and we can provide a quick turn around 

USE CASE:   Isolating issues.
