[NOTICE] Plan for importing Googlecode Any23 SVN into ASF SVN

Hey Guys,

Michele and I just discussed a plan for completing the SVN migration from Google Code
to the ASF. I've documented the plan in this INFRA issue:

Basically once we get the SVN dmp file, infra@ takes over and gets the code imported.
If you have comments/thoughts, please make them on the INFRA issue, and then 
copy back relevant discussion to this list.
