[~hitesh] Looks like the dependencies are cached. Please try building with -PcleanUICache.

PPC support came into frontend-maven-plugin only in version 1.1
- v1.1 is just 9 days old, so guess its better to go with an older version.
- Also v1.1 needs at least version 3.1.0 of maven, else the build would fail.
