No Class def error when I deploy

Every other time I deploy my app from netbeans 3.5 I get

SEVERE: Error creating form bean of class 
org.apache.struts.validator.DynaValidatorForm
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError

I then redeploy again and everything works....

Anyone else ever get this?
