The FAQ is short on content. 
The link provided goes to the old bug tracking DB and not the new one (although
the new one is linked). It appears that the old bug database's search engine is
broken making the page rather disfunctional. Pointing this straight to the new
bug tracking database would seem to a lot more sense.
