[ANNOUNCE] Apache NetBeans artefacts

Dear Apache NetBeans Community

 

The maven artefacts for Apache NetBeans 9,10,11 are now in maven central. 

Thanks to INFRA and Jaroslav for the help.

 

Some modules like nbjavac, oracle parser are on the plugins.netbeans.org
portal and cannot be populated directly.

Hi hope we may have them later on central. It may be possible to populate on
your localrepository using mvn deploy:deploy-file and editing pom.
