Tycho like support in Buildr

Hello,

what do you think about including tycho like support to buildr to make
headless eclipse builds?

I think current status of Maven3 / Tycho is very beta. So this looks
like opportunity for buildr.
On the other hand, buildr has already buildr4osgi, which does almost
all except looking up and downloading artifacts from p2 repositories.

Yes, I'd love to do that. Actually, to try to make that happen, I decoupled
buildr4osgi and our OSGi abstraction.

By the way, I think Tycho is much nicer than anything I've seen to handle
OSGi. It's a good step in the right direction. At most we could do as much
as they've done, using the Buildr way.
