How to use WSDM-MUWS-TopicSpace.xml

I've synched my code to the latest in subversion, and now advertisement
has stopped working. The problem seems to be subscribing to the
ManageabilityEnpointCreation topic, which isn't part of the default
topic space for the SimpleNotificationProducer. I see this topic
declared in WSDM-MUWS-TopicSpace.xml, so I'm assuming there's some way
to point at this document either in muse.xml or in my resource's WSDL. 

Anybody got any hints? This was working before I synched to test the
Relationship fix, so apparently a loophole I was slipping through has
been closed.
