[I] [Bug] Missing export of LabelOption types [echarts]

### Version
5.5.0

### Steps to Reproduce
Look at types exported in types/dist/shared.d.ts
### Current Behavior
No interface in the LabelOption hierarchy is exported for users with typescript to use.
### Expected Behavior
We should be able to access more of the types used inside the library, like before 5.5.0.
### Environment
```markdown
- OS: macOS Sonoma 14.5
- Browser: Edge 126.0.0.0
- Framework: Vue@3
```
### Any additional comments?
There are multiple types that we could previously access, like ZRFontWeight, that are no longer available
