  Removed:     src/lib/apr/file_io/win32 common.c
               src/lib/apr/misc/win32 common.c
  Log:
  Common files are the wrong way to solve this for Win32.  The correct
  way to solve this problem is to add the ../unix/foo file to the
  MSVC project file.
