Base checksum mismatch
Hello folks,
we have a problem with the commit of a file:
Modified: Q:\JHeatherington\Code\com\bitaplus\ClientSAA\Control\SAAManager.java
Sending content:
Q:\JHeatherington\Code\com\bitaplus\ClientSAA\Control\SAAManager.java
Error: Commit failed (details follow):
Error: Base checksum mismatch on '/BITA
Curve/trunk/src/com/bitaplus/ClientSAA/Control/SAAManager.java':
Error: expected: bed0a49bc37fd8ef081fee8773ac5fa4
Error: actual: 5861e3f54b1479d241c0b07b5a16c67d
I browsed the net and I see that is error is really serious. There
where so many procedures to follow in the various use cases, and I am
quite confused on the correct to use now.
Is this a problem of the client (editing/erasing files in the local
.svn folder should help?) Or of the server (Should I proceed with the
dump of the DB?)
The problematic file had been checked out on a network drive. May this
be the cause? Should we always checkout in local drives? Is this a
problem of TortoiseSVN that other clients don't have?
thanks
