JUnitReport doesn't appear to buffer output stream

Summary: JUnitReport doesn't appear to buffer output stream
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.3
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: hugg@pobox.com

While monitoring my system's file activity, I noticed that the junit-
noframes.html file was being written to one byte at a time. This may be the
source of much of this task's performance problems. (Unless it was fixed in a
later version, I have 1.5.3)
