[VOTE] TextMarker contribution to the UIMA sandbox

Please cast your vote for the TextMarker contribution:

[ ] +1 Approve the contribution
[ ] -1 Veto the contribution (please provide specific comments)
[ ] 0 Don't care

TextMarker (http://sourceforge.net/projects/textmarker/) is a UIMA-based
tool for information extraction and more. The full featured editor of
the rule language and the build process of UIMA descriptors are
complemented with components for visualization, explanation, testing and
rule learning.

Overall, it's something like JAPE with a complete tooling support
similar to the Java IDE in Eclipse.

Peter

+1 based on Thilo's comment: "I was very impressed when you showed me
a demo of TextMarker"
