Performance of 1.3.1 on Win32?

I'm trying to get ballpark understanding of the performance of 1.3.1 on
Windows NT. I'm assuming that someone has already gathered this type of
information.

Does anyone have 'ab' output for multiple requests of the top-level
'index.html' over 10base-T Ethernet (a Unix client hitting a Win32 server)?

If nobody responds, I'll attempt to test this myself.
