Verified this issue as fixed for the ruby client using rhevm. 

See hudson/job/deltacloud-client/109/console (test run date 05/22/2012 with modular deltacloud)  data_injection test is passing as opposed to hudson/job/deltacloud-client/98/console where the same test fails out.
