Propfind 207 Multi-Status error when diffing file revisions.

We have experienced some errors in our (newly established) SVN 1.5 repository, on some files when we try to diff 2 revisions. This doesnt happen on all files, but some. Any idea what is going on here? The error is as subject line states.

I'm not sure, but I found this message which suggests using an old  
version of neon could cause this, so you may want to upgrade neon, or  
try serf instead:
