Propose Karen Stutesman for JIRA rights

Heather,

 

I'd like to propose Karen Stutesman to have rights within JIRA.  While I
know no vote is necessary for this action, it is still our policy to
sponsor candidates for these rights on this list.

 

Karen has been testing XHTML/HTML compliance and Tree tag in Beehive and
has shown excellent bug activity over the last month or so.  She has 13
issues filed in last 5 weeks or so.
