this should be done using WorkEffortAssoc and its sequenceNum.

Ho Jacopo,
Yes i considered that, however a project is a special case. the whole
project manager is arranged using the parentWorkeffortId because in a
project the task can only have one parent, not more.
This has nothing to do with the dependencies which is also used, this is
just a matter of organization and an extra help when using the
parentWorkeffort id.
