Hi Thomas,

you don't make any mistake. You are just hitting bug 37579. There is a somewhat outdated patch attached to that bug, that will fix your problem. I will hopefully attach a newer version of the patch sometime soon, but it is still not ready to be commited because it does not catch all the borderline cases (for example footnotes in list-item-labels).
