ATLAS-1773-2018-08-03.patch includes EntityProxy capability.

Install ATLAS-2808 patch first, then ATLAS-1773-2018-08-03 patch, then you can saveRelationshipReferenceCopy with EntityProxy objects that are not already known to Atlas.
