We'd like to have a new mailing list, summits@trafficserver.apache.org. This is intended for submission of proposals / talks for our Summits / mini-conferences.

If you have a better name than this, I'm all open to that. The list is not intended for Summit attendees but for people reviewing the proposals / agenda.
