new committer: Gaurav Gupta

Hi,

 

The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache NetBeans

has invited Gaurav Gupta to become a committer and we are pleased 

to announce that he has accepted.

 

Being a committer enables easier contribution to the

project since there is no need to go via the patch

submission process. This should enable better productivity.

 

Welcome Gaurav, you will now be able to merge PR (of course after review)
... or not :p (committer have more privileges). 

You may need to setup your git account to be link to apache
https://git.apache.org/
