On [https://arrow.apache.org/docs/], in the sidebar, clicking "Java" takes you to the API documentation. You have to search for certain terms to find pages like [https://arrow.apache.org/docs/java/vector_schema_root.html|https://arrow.apache.org/docs/java/vector_schema_root.html].
