web services: discovery

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible make a dinamic « web services »
discovery in a local network using the java + axis platform.

I mean, I need make a « plug and play » system. When a new machine enjoy my
network, my « boss » machine has to find it and has to discover the web
services that it provides.

I read something about the « WS-Discovery » platform, but I dont know if it
is possible make the same with java+axis, or if it is compatible.
