WSDL types element not namespace qualified

Summary: WSDL types element not namespace qualified
           Product: Axis
           Version: beta-2
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Serialization/Deserialization
        AssignedTo: axis-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jasnell@us.ibm.com

Not sure if this has already been taken care of, but in Beta 2, the types
element in the generated WSDL doesn't appear to be namespace qualified
properly. All other wsdl constructs are wsdl: prefixed, types is not.
