It appears you are way overthinking. gTLDs (among others) are defined in
RegistrarBoundaries.pm, this is what I meant and nothing else. These need to be
set up as config variables so they can be updated with sa-update. Yes?

What comes to AXFR, you are wasting time trying to explain trivial matters. It
makes no difference to end user or you how SA infra would get the data, so
let's stop. (There's even the currently used url mentioned in RB.pm)

Resubjecting and settting 3.4 blocker, since I think it should be thought out
before release. At minimum we need the current stuff configurable. I'm willing
to implement it.
