Stdout redirecting

Hy all,
   
    as you know in CGI all output is sent to stdout, so my problem here 
is how to redirect any data sent to stdout by the invoked service itself 
so it doesn't appear in my output?
Is there any convenient way in Axis to temporarily redirect stdout 
somewhere else or simply discard or log it?
