Re: Traffic Control 1.8.x branch

Still haven't created the 1.8.x branch since I'm still new to this release
management stuff..   This should happen tomorrow morning.

Can we touch base in the morning tomorrow before you do?  I found a few
small issues tonight that need to be included.
