[jira] [Commented] (AIRAVATA-1546) Preserve the input argument order

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRAVATA-1546?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14237975#comment-14237975 ]

Raminderjeet Singh commented on AIRAVATA-1546:
----------------------------------------------

If we are changing application catalog for input ordering, we should consider other changes,

1. Optional or mandatory inputs.
2. Input with arguments like -F file1 -O output.
3. Implicit and explicit inputs. Implicit means when the input is part of command-line argument and explicit is when a input need to be in the working directory or any other user defined directory.

Similar conditions apply for output data also.
