   **Describe the bug**
   When using insert stmt with label, and there are subqueries in select clause,
   An error of `Label [xxx] has already been used` will return immediately after submitting
   the request. and the insert operation will not work.
   
   ** Why**
   Insert stmt may be analyzed twice, and we do begin transaction at analysis phase. So the txn
   with same label may begin twice.
