Update the existing themeIcon component to support different replication types.
 * Current themeIcon only supports RATIS icon
 * Refactor to accept parameters for replication type
 * Ensure EC (Erasure Coding) replication can also reuse this component
 * Keep compatibility with existing RATIS usage
