关闭 tomcat 时, 报出上面的警告, tomcat 只能使用 kill 9 才能停止, 也主动调用了ProtocolConfig.destroyAll(), 但是没用.
RpcContext 的警告是请求了 N 次就会出现 N 个同样的 RpcContext 警告
dubbo 版本 2.5.5 2.5.7 2.6.1 都试过
