The javaee-api has a completely separate lifecycle and even SCM location than the rest of tomee.

You can find it at https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tomee/javaee-api/

The current trunk targets EE7 which will get moved to branches/ee7.
There is already a branch which contains a 7.0-SNAPSHOT version. I suggest to remove this branch because it makes not much sense. Seems to have been a temporary feature branch on the road to EE7. So it's not needed any longer as this work got moved to trunk.

After that trunk will be upgraded to various EE8 specs.
