Actually, I just noticed that Mike put 1.1.0-incubating in the distribution directory. That is incorrect. INFRA-4984 didn't request the archive directory which is where that is supposed to be located.

We are waiting on Infra to finish setting up the distribution areas for Flume. These links will work once they have finished that setup. See INFRA-4984.

Ralph Goers commented on FLUME-1395:
------------------------------------
After looking at the infra documentation, the archive area should automatically contain everything in the distribution directory. Since the distribution area was just created I would give this some time to see if it gets created. We should then delete 1.1.0-incubating from the dist directory. See http://www.apache.org/dev/mirrors.html
