+1 once the patch for --reuse is in.  I'd *really* like to see 4460 in,
too... if that has enough votes, I'd recommend getting that in too.

Also, I suspect we may have to do a little work even after a successful
mass-check, based on the FP/FN figure that Daniel mentioned on IRC, so the
hard schedule I'd posted shouldn't be considered entirely likely...
