[GitHub] [echarts] DataMonk2017 opened a new issue #16269: [Bug] Box plot is not generated as expected. The max of box plot and the horizontal line that links max and q3 are both missing.

### Version
5.2.2
### Link to Minimal Reproduction
_No response_
### Steps to Reproduce
1. use the link:
https://echarts.apache.org/examples/zh/editor.html?c=boxplot-light-velocity2
2. replace original code with the code below:
option = {
title: [
{
text: 'Michelson-Morley Experiment',
left: 'center'
},
{
text: 'upper: Q3 + 1.5 * IRQ \nlower: Q1 - 1.5 * IRQ',
borderColor: '#999',
borderWidth: 1,
textStyle: {
fontSize: 14
},
left: '10%',
top: '90%'
}
],
dataset: [
{
// prettier-ignore
source: [
[1,2,2,3,3,3],
]
},
{
transform: {
type: 'boxplot',
config: {
itemNameFormatter: function (params) {
return 'expr ' + params.value;
}
}
}
},
{
fromDatasetIndex: 1,
fromTransformResult: 1
}
],
tooltip: {
trigger: 'item',
axisPointer: {
type: 'shadow'
}
},
grid: {
left: '10%',
right: '10%',
bottom: '15%'
},
yAxis: {
type: 'category',
boundaryGap: true,
nameGap: 30,
splitArea: {
show: false
},
splitLine: {
show: false
}
},
xAxis: {
type: 'value',
name: 'km/s minus 299,000',
splitArea: {
show: true
}
},
series: [
{
name: 'boxplot',
type: 'boxplot',
datasetIndex: 1
},
{
name: 'outlier',
type: 'scatter',
encode: { x: 1, y: 0 },
datasetIndex: 2
}
]
};
### Current Behavior
The problem here is I use the dataset [1,2,2,3,3,3] to construct the box plot. The shown box plot doesn't seem right.

As the picture shown above, the max of box plot and the horizontal line that links max and q3 are both missing.
### Expected Behavior
IMHO, the expected box plot should like this.

In current case, max should not equal to q3, because max = q3+1.5*IQR and IQR !=0.
### Environment
```markdown
- OS:
- Browser:
- Framework:
```

It seems echarts make max = q3 because there is no outliers larger than max. The box plot is acceptable in this case.

This issue is labeled with `difficulty: easy`.
@DataMonk2017 Would you like to debug it by yourself? This is a quicker way to get your problem fixed. Or you may wait for the community to fix.
