Description:
If you run ./build.sh test it fails because the hello-v10.dtd cannot be found.

This can be made to pass by putting a relative path into the DOCTYPE definition, but that doesn't seem right. Especialy since forrest site on a freshsite builds succesfully.

I'm not too clever with catalogs and the like, what needs to be done here?
