[I] [Bug] enabling triggerEvent for axis , showing hand cursor on axis name & axisLabel on hover . How to control hover cursor style separately for both. [echarts]

   ### Steps to Reproduce
   
   In above example we have enabled triggerEvent for both x & y axis, which is showing hand curser when we hover on axis title and also on axis label. 
   
   we want to use triggerEvent , but only for axis name, so showing hand cursor make sense on name, but not on axisLabel, 
   
   how to configure these separately .  right now triggerEvent  is controlling both.

   triggerEvent is working for both axis label & axis name.

   we should have separate setting for axis label & axis name
