After HIVE-11786 deprecates the use of redundant columns in TAB_COL_STATS and PART_COL_STATS at HMS code level, the column DB_NAME/TABLE_NAME in TAB_COL_STATS and DB_NAME/TABLE_NAME/PARTITION_NAME in PART_COL_STATS are useless and should be removed.
