Invoking controllers from code



Does anyone know the best way to invoke a struts controller from within a
struts controller?

This URL points to a JUnit struts-test-case -->
http://strutstestcase.sourceforge.net/ so I know it's possible ( I just
don't want to use this test case JAR ).
