[GitHub] [trafficserver-ci] bneradt opened a new pull request, #185: PR autest: run on fedora:38

bneradt opened a new pull request, #185:
URL: https://github.com/apache/trafficserver-ci/pull/185

This runs the autests on the newer fedora:38, which should help catch issues on the newest Python and other system packages. It should also help developers as they can reproduce CI issues locally on a recent OS and we support fedora:38 multiarchtecture for both linux/arm64 and linux/amd64.
