Hi,

the Python API is amazing, thank you for the work. 

Could you implement a python interpreter path e.g. python 3.12 or 3.11 or PyPy e.g. 
Of course the user needs to guarantee that the interpreter works/and is available but having the choice would be great per processor.

e.g. use pypy interpreter just for high performance tasks and if nothing set use interpreter set in nifi.properties
