[IO] Release progress
Source/Binaries are built and in the mirror locations with .asc and .MD5
files. I've checked the MD5s, but not the PGP yet in case anyone feels
like doing so.
Things still to do:
*) Put jar in Maven release position
*) Check PGP
*) Update IO site
*) Update Jakarta site
*) Emmail announcements
The last 2 are easy. The first one is probably easy once I find the email
thread that last tallked about it. The second one is just a bit of a pain
as it'll involve some googling.
The third one is the problem, and I imagine I can find the info in a email
thread somewhere. I've also realised that the IO site is missing an all
important way to get to the download page, so I'll be modifying it ready
for a release. The delay let's the mirrors get the new values etc.

I tried checking the sigs using the free version of PGP 8.0 for Windows. For
the first couple of files, it told me "Signing algorithm not supported" and
then it just blew up and quit on me. Not sure where to go from there...
