[C2] Running with Tomcat 4.0dev m4

Has anyone got C2 running with the latest milestone build of Tomcat 4?

I'm working with a C2 build from about a month ago, which works fine with Tomcat 4dev m1, but not m4.

Any pointers much appreciated.
