[jira] Created: (TOMAHAWK-490) renaming updateActionListener
renaming updateActionListener
-----------------------------
Key: TOMAHAWK-490
URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TOMAHAWK-490
Project: MyFaces Tomahawk
Type: Improvement
Versions: 1.1.4-SNAPSHOT
Reporter: Matthias Weßendorf
Assigned to: Matthias Weßendorf
Priority: Minor
JSF there is a setPropertyActionListener with the same functionality.
updateActionListener should be renamed to this (and it's classes)
(property attribute then will be target attribute)
Since updateActionListener is used in lot's of applications, here is my suggestion
stick with the legacy "property" attribute (making it not required). logging a WARN message when property is used
adding updateActionListener AND setPropertyActionListener to the TLD file.
Both will refer to the new tag_clazz.
"target" attribute should be - for the timeframe we have both tags - not required too.
