[IMAP] functional testing

contains an interesting approach to functional testing IMAP. it uses a
small domain specific language. it also has a lot of reasonably good
test scripts. using postage would mean completing a specification
compliant IMAP client library which is not a small job. this is a good
shortcut.

to establish an audit chain, i plan to copy the code into the server
sandbox, tidy it up and decouple it in there into a small, standalone
framework.
