   **Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.**
   We can support filters in `ON` for left and right join as long they are only referring to columns from right/left respectively by adding the filter to the underlying plans.
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   Finding out whether all expressions are referring to columns from the other side. If so, the filter can be added to the other side of the join.
   
   **Describe alternatives you've considered**
   A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
   
   **Additional context**
   Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
