If you want to install Apache 2.0.45 with PHP in a short stroke of time, this English-German Apache called WAMPP has it all, PHP, SSL, PERL. http://www.apachefriends.org/wampp.html So that your not surprized, this page is in German, but it links you to the download for your OS version, which is in the US. And the server's site is neetly done in both languages, changable by clicking on a German or British flag.
