This is no longer correct. the tag should be done in a different
repository, where A-T now lives.

alright, well I just ran 'make tag' so that's where the fix ought to be I
guess to prevent this from happening again. I've fixed the Makefile.PL now.
anyone with a clue how to migrate the tag now that it's done?
